Implants

Implants are frequently used in those patients with adequate volume and lack of projection. The round, small-based gluteal implants provide adequate anteroposterior projection with no further side-to-side projection. Liposuction may be used as a complementary procedure. Oval-shaped gluteal implants with a wide base and low profile may improve the shape of buttocks with adequate projection but no volume. Both implants and techniques may vary or being combined to achieve optimum results.
